How to use: 
For steam inhalation in adults and children 6 years and above: 

• Put 1 Steam Pod into a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.  

• Cover head with towel.  

• Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes.  

• Repeat up to 3 times per day. 

Caution: Use only as directed. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Never place capsule in the microwave, vaporizer or container while you are heating water. Do not re-heat the mixture. Children should always be supervised. Consult a doctor if illness persists for over a week, or if you have chronic respiratory disease like asthma, or if pregnant/breastfeeding.
